amor eterna turns those details into something you can hold: an original song written for the person you loved, or a poem framed to keep their voice in the room.
We don't write biographies. We write the feeling of someone — their weather, their contradictions, the parts of them that were only ever visible to you. Tell us who they were, in the words that only you would use. We'll spend the time it takes to get it right.

By placing an order with amor eterna, a division of TriGlobe Recordings LLC ("amor eterna," "we," "us"), you agree to the following terms in full. If you do not agree, please do not submit an order.
1. Custom, one-of-one work
Every song and poem is written individually based on the information you provide. Each piece is a creative interpretation of that information, produced at our artistic discretion. We do not guarantee that the final piece will match any specific expectation, phrasing, or mental image you may have going in.
2. All sales are final
Because each piece is custom-made and has no resale value to anyone but you, all sales are final once production begins. We do not offer refunds, exchanges, or cancellations after your intake form and payment have been received, except where required by law. Your one complimentary revision round (for song orders) applies to lyric direction only, prior to final recording, and does not extend or reopen the sale after the final piece is delivered.
3. The consultation call
Orders that include the 30-minute consultation call are scheduled by mutual availability after your order and intake form are received; the call is not automatically booked at checkout. If you need to reschedule, contact us at least 24 hours in advance. No-shows and late cancellations may be rescheduled at our discretion but do not entitle you to a refund, consistent with our all-sales-final policy above.
4. Delivered "as is"
Final songs, poems, recordings, and physical products are delivered "as is." We take care in production and packaging, but we do not warrant the piece against subjective dissatisfaction once it reflects the information you submitted.
5. Accuracy of information you provide
We rely entirely on the details, names, and memories you submit. We are not responsible for inaccuracies, misspellings, or omissions in the final piece that result from incomplete, unclear, or incorrect information provided at intake.
6. Intellectual property
amor eterna and TriGlobe Recordings LLC retain full copyright ownership of the composition, recording, and written work created for your order. Your purchase grants you a personal, non-commercial, non-transferable license to enjoy, display, and privately share the piece. Reproduction, public performance, commercial use, resale, or redistribution of the work without our prior written permission is prohibited.
7. Sensitive and personal content
Intake forms may include personal, emotional, or sensitive family information. This information is used solely to create your piece and is kept confidential — we do not sell or share your submitted story with third parties. We reserve the right to decline any order whose requested content includes hate speech, harassment, illegal activity, or content we determine is inappropriate for production.
8. Payment
Full payment is due at the time your order is confirmed, prior to production beginning. Orders are not entered into production until payment is received.
9. Turnaround and delivery
Estimated timelines are provided on each product page and are approximate, not guaranteed. Production and shipping delays may occur due to circumstances beyond our control. Once shipped, we are not responsible for items lost, delayed, or damaged in transit by the carrier, though we will assist in good faith with any claims process.
10. Age requirement
You must be 18 years of age or older to place an order with amor eterna.
11. Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, amor eterna and TriGlobe Recordings LLC's total liability for any claim relating to your order is limited to the amount you paid for that order. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or emotional damages arising from the content or delivery of a custom piece.
12. Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania, without regard to conflict-of-law principles.
13. A note on grief and memory
Many of our pieces are written in memory of someone who has passed. We hold that responsibility with care, but we are not a substitute for grief counseling or mental health support. If you're grieving, please be gentle with yourself — healing takes whatever time it takes.
